Turn on Recap in Settings, then choose when it arrives each day and which accounts the daily notification covers. Recap needs Newton Pro.
Steps
Desktop
- Open Settings: press ⌘, on Mac, or Ctrl+, on Windows and Linux.
- Go to the Supercharge tab, then Recap.
- Switch on Show Recap.
- Keep Daily recap notification on, then choose Every day or Workdays (Mon – Fri) and set the Time.
- If you have two or more accounts, you can set For to Specific Accounts and switch off accounts you don't want in the notification.
iPhone, iPad & Android
- Open the menu and tap the Settings gear at the bottom.
- Tap Supercharge, then Recap.
- Switch on Show Recap.
- Keep Daily recap notification on, then set Repeat and Time.
- If you have two or more accounts, you can tap For, choose Specific Accounts, and switch off accounts under Accounts.
You can also open Recap itself and choose Turn on Recap. On Newton Free, both places offer an upgrade instead.
Good to know
- The days and time decide when Recap updates, not just when it notifies. Recap follows your device's time zone.
- For and the account switches only change which accounts the notification covers. The Recap list still includes all your personal accounts.
- The daily notification goes to your phone. On desktop, a dot on Recap in the sidebar shows when something new arrives.
- Your first Recap can take a few minutes to prepare, and it doesn't send a notification.
