In Recap, mark an email Done once you've dealt with it, or Later to bring it back in 2 days. A short line with each group tells you why its emails are there. Recap needs Newton Pro.
Steps
Desktop
Open Recap from the sidebar, or press 0.
Point at an email and click Done or Later. With an email open, you can press P for Done or L for Later instead.
Changed your mind? Click Undo in the message that appears.
iPhone, iPad & Android
Open the menu and tap Recap.
Swipe an email right for Done, or left for Later.
Changed your mind? Tap Undo in the message that appears.
Good to know
Done keeps an email out of Recap until the conversation gets a new message.
Replying, archiving, deleting or marking an email as spam in Newton also marks it Done.
The groups explain why an email is there: No reply yet (someone hasn't answered you), Waiting on you (someone is waiting for your reply), Coming up (a date is near) and Starred, still open (you starred it and haven't replied).
