A public link lets anyone see one email in a web browser, without Newton or an account. The link keeps working until you unshare it.
Steps
Open the conversation.
Click or tap the ••• button on the message you want to share.
Choose Create public link. Newton copies the link and shows Public link copied to clipboard.
Paste the link wherever you want to share it.
To copy the link again later, open the same ••• menu and choose Copy public link. To turn the link off, choose Unshare. On your phone, tap Open link on the confirmation to see the page yourself.
Good to know
The page shows the message's subject, sender, recipients, date and text. It's a copy made when you created the link, so later replies don't appear.
Each link is for one message, not the whole conversation.
Attachments are listed by name and size, but people with the link can't open them.
Opening the link doesn't count as an open for your read receipts.
