I’m seeing ‘you have unsent emails in Outbox’. What should I do?

This can happen because of several reasons. For us to identify the issue, we need you to send us the diagnostic logs from your device.


Here is how you do it:

  1. Go to settings in Newton
  2. Tap on Help
  3. Select ‘Logs’
  4. In the description, please mention the issue and the account for which you are facing this.
  5. Hit send
