I’m not able to add my Exchange account, what should I do?

Finding Exchange account settings is sometimes tricky. Here is some information that will help you:

Office 365 user

If you are wondering what to enter in the username field, your Office 365 email address will act as your username.


If the above option does not apply for you, please contact your system administrator for username and server address, and add them manually. Make sure EWS or IMAP is enabled in your Exchange server.
