Once you enable two-step verification for your iCloud account, you have to generate an app-specific password to add your account to Newton. Here is how it’s done:

1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page.
2. In the Security section, click Generate Password below App-Specific Passwords.
3. Follow the steps on your screen.
4. After you generate your app-specific password, enter or paste it into the password field of Newton as you would normally.

PS: To generate and use app-specific passwords, your Apple ID must be protected with two-factor authentication.
